Return Process

  Log into your Cardom account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original garments, including all designer tags and protective packaging, into the box to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
